Naga pro and synapse

Anyone know why this happens, all is fine on startup but after awhile I get this, I either have to restart synapse or unplug my mouse charger and plug it back in. Both of these methods don't last long, have uninstalled and reinstalled everything, its not the mouse as this is a replacement one and works fine. Any help would be great, thx Allan
