PLEASE CONNECT A RAZER SYNAPSE DEVICE MAC 0SMOJAVE

Hey guys just recently bought a mechanical keyboard (obivously razor) and also bought a mouse too but when i downloaded the synapse software on my mac it kept giving me a message of "Please Connect A Razor Synapse Enabled Device". The keyboard and mouse is already connected try steps of unplugging and plugging it back in, also restarted my mac several times still have the same issue.

If someone could really help me to fix this problem would greatly be appreciated or im just going to return it and go for a logitech or somesort.

If it's a synapse 3 device, you're better off returning it. I've been waiting for Synapse 3 for the mac since early this year and it doesn't look like we're getting it soon. I'm ready to ditch Razer.
