I have a problem with my Razer Audio Mixer or Razer Synapse.
After minimizing games there is no sound. I only hear my voice through Mic Monitor. And after that I can't turn off/restart my PC without unplugging the USB cable from Audio Mixer.

Does the behavior happen across your apps/games that have audio and video? Try connecting the device to another computer or USB port and see if the issue persists.

It happens across all system sounds. No sound in apps/games/Chrome. Same situation with another USB ports.

That's not looking good. Were you able to replicate the behavior by connecting the Razer Audio Mixer to another computer? Otherwise, uninstall your Razer-related files/software by downloading the Razer Driver Clean-up Tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj. Restart your PC, then reinstall the Razer Synapse 3.0 and see if it helps.
