Hello, i just bought the Razer Kiyo Pro Ultra. I plugged in the webcam with the original cable and opened Razer Synapse. When I wanted to turn the resolution to 4K, I saw that there is no 4k option shown in the software. The highest I can go is 1080p.please help :(
