razer deathadder v3 pro wireless sahibiyim fakat synapse yazılımını kurmaya çalıştığımda görseldeki hatayı alıyorum ne yapmam lazım?

how to fix it???? i have tried all the method from google and still not working, unable to open Razer Synapse 3

Did you’ve tried to do clean reinstall?

  1. Uninstall Synapse
  2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  3. Then restart your PC
  4. After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

Tried on other internet connection or at least add a firewall exclusions?

After using your method, still not working, unable launch the Synapse 3 and unable login….

You'll have to wait, it's been a network problem at razer for 24 hours.
We're talking about it on other shows, just wait until the devs have the courage to fix it :/

EVERYONE : It's working again for me (11:30 a.m.) I've been able to connect.
I installed razer synapse 3, and presto.
Then it suggested an update, I do them, and it's good.
