razer synapse not syncing over to xbox with cloud

I tried to change to color of my racer black widow elite keyboard with razer synapse and it don't save the custom colors and setting over to tithe on board keyboard profile even tho i have all the options to change to colors and patterns on the keyboard nad the synapse has no problem detecting the keyboard i just cant save my custom keyboard colors on it or change the settings on my key binds or dpi for my mous4e if i wanted to it just never exports or syncs over , i need help so i can get the full use out of my keyboard please ive been trying for years.
