Dear Razer,
The purpose of this topic is to express my frustration with your "software". As stated in the title - the Razer synapse is the sole reason I will never ever again buy anything from you. I use synapse 2, because you care about backward combability. Your "software" is annoying, counter intuitive and does not do what it promises to do.
- Why you think I need to see synapse popup every time I launch the system?
- Can you make all text / buttons / switches even smaller and less readable? I would like to spent more time looking for things I should click.
- Can you ask me for password every time, not only when the new update is installed? Can you also extend the time of waiting for reset password email from 15 minutes to let's say 1 hour? I love the excitement, its almost like waiting for christmas present.
