Redeem razer silver -not working for me?

I have some razer silver to spend and I select a product I like to purchase, and then confirm it type my 2-way authentication but my razer silver are still unspent and in the same amount. The shopping cart shows a product as I click on the cart, a point blank second an item disappears then I get an window where it says
The following product(s) you plan to redeem with Razer Silver has been removed from your cart as its redemption period has ended. Please visit the Redemption Catalog to view our updated listing.

The product was a headset for information.

I and many others had this same issue. There was another thread on this but now i can't find it!

Thanks for viewing the thread. I were reading the quote above I’ll say the same as him, the redeem hardly worked for me as well. lol as the standard browser I use was improper for it, on the other hand I tried couple of times with another browser, chrome and lastly it seemed to be hacking through and barely working. Solution to my problem was to change web browser, that solved it. Anyways have a good new year!
