My PC has been freezing constantly. After a ton of troubleshooting other software, I decided to uninstall Razer Synapse and all the issues went away. I waited a day and installed it again and now the freezing issue is back. Is this just me or is anyone else having this issue?

Sorry to hear about the ongoing issue while using the application. Please gather your MSInfo and Synapse logs first. Once done, please save them into any online drive, then send them in your submitted ticket notes or to me via PM so I can help you start an investigation. I appreciate your cooperation.
I appreciate the reply but I have already uninstalled and cleaned up all the extra bits that the uninstaller leaves. I will just wait until a new update comes out and try again after that. Thank you for your time
