I cannot give the accessrights that are needed as the software is not working as expected.
This issue is now known for two years and its still not working. This is so lame.

Sorry bud, but Synapse 2.0 only supports macOS versions 10.06 to 10.14. There won't be any support for Catalina onwards as we will be focusing on Windows moving forward.
