Synapse 3 didn't find installed games

Hello, 
I have a problem with Synapse 3. I have a lot of games on disc but none game was visible. 

I found an old conversation with the solution but it does not work for me.

I found the folder “GameManager” and I deleted it. Restart the PC of course and the problem still exists. But I don’t know why I have 2 folders with game data information but one is with number 3.

In the folder GameManager I found Icons or similar things.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse several times, but the issue persists. Do you have any ideas for a solution?

I just bought a razer computer 2 days ago and before I could get my second game downloaded the stupid synapse app quit showing my game where I had linked it for some rgb shit I setup. The most expensive pc on the planet and their software is trash from what I can gather with all of the complaints and issues. I didn't even make it 3 hours before it messed up. Hoping someone will have a fix for this shit because I can't even find the damn file like your post suggests. 😒 My patience are thin and this company is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of.
