PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE @Razer appeal more to Mac users. Ive bought 2 items and both don't work on my Mac. Really disappointing knowing I can't use your products on my laptop.

I am sorry for the late response, however as far as I am aware, there are currently no plans to support Synapse 3 on Mac.

Update!!! I have contacted Razer support recently and they told me that MacOS support for synapse 3 is under way!

This is amazing. I just bought my kraken kitty because I use to do some streams with my readers (i'm a writer).

Thank you so much, Razer!
+1 for Mac Support!
One more here for MacOS support! Really like your hardware but struggling without the ability to use it. I have the Huntsman TE keyboard that only works with the default settings. Looking forward to seeing this fixed!
I was unaware that Razer doesn't support MacOS and I wasted my money and time on
Razer DeathAdder V2 Pro
DeathAdderV2 Pro Dock Bundle

(which I'm going to return)

very disappointed !!!

Before attacking Razer or other developers for not working with Apple products, please take not on the operating system you are dealing with. Apple is well known to pick and choose who they work with and it usually comes down to a dollar figure. As of October 2020 I can no longer print to any HP device without jumping through 10 or so error messages saying that my print drivers may be a potential virus. This is not a Razer issue. They have synapse 3 for mac. But do you think for one minute Apple will work with with them unless they fork over some cash? How many times have you updated your mac OS just to find your peripherals stop working?

In other words.... why are you upset with Razer and not with Apple?

That's not the point. I'm the end user and I don't care how the relations between Apple and Razer are. I just don't give a shit about that.
I pay for the product to do my job and it is Razer responsibility to solve problems with Apple or any Hardware/software companies.

Gosh I really hope that they add Linux support sometime :\\
How soon is soon for getting support on MacOS? I picked up the Nari headset and Razer Raiju for my Playstation/Mac and the headset is echoing party members due to preset on it. I have found that it is an 'easy fix' in Synapse and went to mitigate this, however, when trying to upgrade Synapse since I had not had to use it in a long time, it flat failed because it is no longer supported. Failing Razer's ability to resolve this; I will be anticipating full refunds for both products unfortunately so I may invest in a company that does support the software of my choice, of which I am considering Astro or Steelseries.

How about Linux Support then. Everyone doesn't want to use a PC
Also, if Synapse 3 exists for Mac, how do i find it? This website is like a maze very cryptic.
No Mac support sucks. Totally. I bought one of the Naga wireless; it's a great mouse. But I can't calibrate it for a wood surface; I can't do any of the things Synapse offers, which is a big part of the reason you buy it.

SteelSeries looks like the way to go. Sorry Razer, you lost me here. I was considering your keyboard. It looks like I'm going for the Logitech keyboard and SteelSeries mouse and returning your product, which Synapse 2 doesn't even detect.

What a shame. But it looks like Razer isn't a champion at all anymore.

In the end, I settled on the high-end Logitech gaming mouse and mechanical keyboard. Sorry Razer, but I wouldn't even buy your products for Windows. Any company that would pull the rug out from so many of its customers isn't a company I care to do business with.

I will make the same recommendation to everybody I know.
Guess I am returning my mouse tomorrow 😕
What if we organize and Sue Razer? I mean i bought a huntsman elite and i cannot use for coding on my mac so i think if we just all organize we can sue them , what do you think?

RAZER understands all Apple MacOS users frustration.

As per attached from a supports message, Synapse for MacOS is underway, we do not hold / have the information on when it will be released. So do stand by.

Also, if RAZER did not cared for MacOS users they would have not made a product that is dedicated to both Windows and MacOS users.

Thanks for the update. That’s good news as I would love to be able to configure my Kiyo Pro on my Mac.
Not waiting for vapourware. Returned my new basilisk and dumping Razer.
Stupid move for a little bit of code. Amateur hour at Razer.
That’s the spirit!
Does Razer Kraken Kitty edition works on Macbook air 2019?

Good news: It will work as a generic USB headset.
Bad news: Neither the Streamer app nor the Synapse 3.0 drivers are available for Mac. This means you won’t be able to change the lighting or use other advanced features until Razer releases the Mac software.

they said "will might support in the future" so there is no any developing stage at that moment, Razer works amazingly slow how can be that difficult to make that app compatible with macOS. It's still not a near future feature for us I guess

Just re-read the JPG of the support ticket that is being referred to - it says Razer WAS working towards getting Synaspe on MacOS (as well as say 'will might' in the next paragraph).

With no official word, no discussion, no roadmap, no alpha/beta I think it is safe to assume that it will never come to MacOS.

Happy to be proven wrong but I seriously doubt it
Razer, please add Mac support for Synapse 3… otherwise I need to support your competition instead because you leave me no choice.
Seriously disappointing. @razer_team better wakes up. One more comment among the rest hoping they hear us...
