Hello I need help with some issue with synapse. I bought the mouse dock pro along with the mouse basilisk v3 pro. When I shut down the computer or restart the synapse does not recognize either the dock or the mouse, so the mouse pointer is not visible while the mouse is running normally. If I take it out of the cable, the dock and plug it back in, then it returns to the state it was in and works normally.
