in the middle of my game the stupid software takes a shit. synapse has ALWAYS been issues. on every pc ive had, for years, since the first razer tartarus I bought Synapse always stops responding. cant find the device. razer support closes my cases, how do you all get this trashware to stop being junk? I feel like an idiot for buying razer.

    Did you try clearing or deleting the files inside path C:\\ProgramData\\Razer\\GameManager\\ServiceSettings.xml and restart Razer Synapse? Also, please send me your case number so I can check your contact history and help speed up its progress.
