the installer does not matter. it only leads to the actual version of synapse (now  20230303). but as already mentioned, still not working...

mir ist ebenfalls das selbe es funktioniert nach dem Update gar nicht mehr also es startet und zeigt bei das Lade Symbol an und  schließt sich dann wieder und macht das gleich wieder und die leiste unten wird ganz voll es ist ebenfalls nach dem Update defekt bitte kümmert euch darum LG

This is like the last time Razer Gold had a huge competition for logging on and playing games which my crew did everyday except one day it didn’t register our playtime and when I complained they did absolutely nothing. The game time was logged and all but it didn’t give us credit and they did nothing for us. Or the time they replaced my headset because it was under warranty but the replacement headsets mic didn’t work less then a month after receiving it but they wouldn’t replace it because it was past the warranty date which only goes by date of purchase….. I think it’s time this customer went elsewhere because this picture really tells how I feel at this point. I loved ya, but you hurt me too many times. My new HyperX headset is awesome btw, much better then the broken headset you gave me.

All my devices are Razer’s, so it’s a huge problem for me…

Tried doing a clean install with an earlier version of synapse. It’s working so far, but for some reason my Basilisk and Barracuda isn’t appearing in my list of devices. Though they’re still functional. Seems like a good temporary fix while Razer hopefully sorts this out.

After installation and launching, you’ll need to disable the automatic update by right-clicking the synapse icon and go into Settings.

solved,  go to program and uninstall, then modify, and now it has updated to version 20230227. It seems to be working for me.

I am experiencing some problems with Razer Synapse since the latest update I installed today. See bullet points below:

  • Razer splash screen is showing as expected when I start my PC
  • When I mouseover the green Synapse logo in the taskbar, the logo disappears (seems that the app is crashing upon mouseover)
  • Razer Synapse 3, Razer Synapse Service, and Razer Synapse Servoce Process are all showing up as running in task manager even after mouseover in previous point
  • When I attempt to launch Synapse manually, the taskbar icon re-appears, only to disappear again upon mouseover. RInse and repeat.
  • My mouse macros ARE working, even after taskbar mouseover
  • My keyboard macros ARE NOT working, both before and after taskbar mouseover

yeah and it seems no one cares so many people messaged customer support we need a fix

i tried this method… but it hangs… i try to uninstall everything using revo uninstaller then i redownload. it back!!!! it’s SOLVED!!!! just redownload and install

 

I believe the last update is definitely causing much more headache than it resolved. I found that my Razer Viper Mini is no longer recognized in Synapse. I cannot adjust DPI etc. Further, the mouse is being recognized as a keyboard or not at all. Any updates yet?

Unfortunately. But it doesn't work for me. "The razer central program has stopped working", this is the message I get when I try to launch the program. Did you download the program from the Razer website?

Yes,  downloaded from Razer website.  I had previously uninstalled after encountering the issue days ago.  Saw some posts here and tried a fresh install,  app launched after the install and has been working for the last hour without issue.  Reading above though it seems like some are still encountering issues.

Can confirm after uninstall and deep Regedit Clean and re install still the same issues as of 3:05 pm EST 3-3-23

Did a clean re install and still encountering the same issues version 20230303… EST 4:45 pm

reinstalled from razer website didnt work, then modify in the razer install menu, it updated and now works fine

Still no luck ???

After the update, the H - 1 keys light up even if I turn off the light or the pc is off  and if I connect the keyboard to another pc that is also off and plug it into the usb, the keys light up again
