Synapse won't register game exe after attempting to link it

Good morning,

This bug has been mentioned before in 2019 ( /synapse-wont-register-game-exe-after-attempting-to-link-it.50926/ ) but apparently not solved properly yet, I have a game that I am trying to link, the exe is not in the installation dir but in a "bin/32" dir, this exe is not linkable in the Tartarus profile, when I copy the exe to the installation dir then I can link the exe in Synapse but the Tartarus still does not respond. The bug only occurs in the Tartarus, not in my Huntsman Mini.

Its the game "Alice Madness Returns".

Can you send me a PM, including a photo of your computer's WinVer, MSinfo, and Synapse logs via PM? Ensure to upload the file to any online drive account, then paste the shareable link in your message so I can submit a case on your behalf.
No, the Tartarus and Huntsman Mini are both logged in online, both devices cannot even be programmed if they are not logged in online, the company Razer can find a solution that way, do I also have to provide my bank details?
More than enough invasion of my privacy
When I have make a profile myself and start the game, the Razer Tartarus creates a default empty profile itself, if I edit this profile it works but the normal method does not work, I helped myself with this, what Razer does with it they have to do themselves know, they know enough about me.

Oh! Thanks for confirming. Please go to your Razer Synapse 3.0 settings and reset all your application's store settings. Otherwise, please perform a clean re-installation for Razer Synapse 3.0. Let me know how it went.
You mean factory reset?

You mean factory reset?

Yes, it is. However, this process is intended to work for Synapse 3.0. Also, please click this link and follow the suggested steps. I recommend creating a new Razer ID or dummy account and replicating the issue.
Worthless solution, please release an update.

Your point is well taken. However, the last instruction given was meant to isolate the issue and not as an official fix. Please help our team to report this behavior by submitting a case with your Synapse 3.0 log. You can collate and save these files to any online drive account, then paste the shareable link in your message. Otherwise, send me a PM so I can help you initiate a support ticket.
