Blackshark V2 wireless purchased in April 2023.
Since the update that broke mine and everyone elses headset last week I’ve been waiting anxiously for today’s update as I use my headset for work everyday. I installed freshly installed Synapse and now the software won’t even detect the headset. So I’ve gone from loving my headset and wanting to get a Razer KB and mouse to basically a paperweight. Are there more updates being released soon or should I just throw this in the garbage and buy a Logitech?
