My Razer Barracuda Pro has noise cancellation mode active and when I use the microphone in screen recording or in-game, the sound is clearly distorted and tinny. hopefully you can solve this problem in the new version !!!

Still looking forward to the Tartarus Pro support. It’s honestly awkward to play a game on my keyboard after using the Tartarus for so long.

Can’t find the patch notes from today’s Synapse update, but just want to report that Beta 4 V 4.0.76.501 still automatically reverts to “low” GPU setting on Blade 16 w/4090 whenever it is closed. 

Still waiting for MacOS APP!!

Sadly I had to order a Keychron M1 to my MBA 15, because the M1’s shape is almost identical to the Viper V2 Pro, which is my daily driver on Windows PC’s.

Jesus, even the open beta has a slow development.

Thinking about joining razer after 20 years having logitech (there’s no more mouse with 6 buttons on the side unfortunately). I was wondering if there’s a changelog/history of updates for this beta app? Website isn’t very UX friendly and some things were quite hard to find >.<

It was Synapse (you know, from RAZER) itself which was displaying the wrong version number in the About…   ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It got automatically updated to a new version despite not being compatible with my only Razer device, so I had to reinstall an OLD version.

So besides white knighting anti-consumer brands that offer such a pathetic support on a $250 product…  do you have something to say about why a support software for only 1 device in the system gets automatically updated to a version that does NOT support that only device?  no?  that’s what I thought… 

Who are you trying to gaslight here? The GUI is clearly from Synapse 3 and it does not update to Synapse 4 since it’s still in beta. Try harder next time.

ALL that was done by RAZER software ITSELF. 

Last week I was suggested to install a Synapse beta. I did, and found out it didn’t support my device, so I *uninstalled it* and reinstalled the previous version I had. 
Then I just found that Synapse (or the drivers, or whatever) automatically updated itself and my Kraken V3 Pro headset was not detected anymore. 
So I had to manually reinstall the OLD version AGAIN.

Whatever RAZER SOFTWARE did with those installations I can’t know, but facts are:

  1. RAZER software automatically updated to a version that didn’t support the only RAZER device I have in my system.
  2. That forced me to manually install an older version of RAZER software for it to properly recognize my device.

Anything to say about THAT that isn’t kicking the spotlight off the corpo brand and against the CUSTOMER?

Ah, so besides branding suckuppery there’s nothing else you have to contribute or comment on their problems. That’s what I thought…

Is there a plan at all for a MacOS version of Synapse?  I haven’t seen a reply about this question anywhere.  Even support won’t give an answer.

I find it mind boggling that reviewer sites list the Kiyo Pro as one of the best webcams for Macs yet you have zero ability to control the features.  It’s a great webcam!  I just hope I can zoom in at some point instead of having to pull my monitor way too close to my face.

Yesterday I updated to Version 4.0.76.19. My 2022 Blade 15 was running on battery during the upgrade process. After the update I turned OFF the laptop. Today I turned ON again, and after the Windows and other softwares - including the Synapse - was up and running i connected my power cord to my Blade and the following message pops up in the right bottom corner.

After that i removed the power cord, closed Synapse, re-open the Synapse and reconnected the power cord, the message doesn’t pop up any more. 

I know this isn’t a big issue but i think you have to check it to avoid potential customer complaints in the future. 

The lighting on the Mouse Dock Pro should turn off when the PC is shut down and only be on when the mouse is on the dock to charge! Please implement it if possible, it would be very important if Razer implemented it! :D

Waiting BlackShark v2 and usb soundcard <3

Now it´s work with the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro(2023).

And like the old synapse 3, you can´t adjust anything.

But it´s more courteous because there is no option to adjust something:

 

Why? 

May 2023 it was possible in the old version and has a effect…

3 month and it´s about one yeahr broken.

Please fix it!
