I just bought the Wolverine Ultimate new off Amazon, but the "Synapse for Xbox" software is not available at Razer as stated in the manual and it's not available to download from the Microsoft Store ... Where is it???
Outrageous that Razer has deliberately misrepresented this product being "fully remappable" and then ditched the software to Microsoft who is charging a subscription for access to use it... Razer clearly stated in the manual that the software downloaded from the Razer site... I'm all done with Razer products after this ridiculous BS... :(
