2nd try: Mouse and Keyboard not detected by Synapse 3

Hi there,

since my first post disappeared, here is the 2nd try.

In short now.

We got a fresh win10 installation and cannot get the mouse and keyboard being detected in razr synapse.

Tried several USB ports, reinstalled synapse, used the Tool out of the support forum, but it always states, no device found.
It worked before smoothly, just after reinstalling not any more.
First strange thing was, that during the finalization of Win10 installation, the Synapse Installation already popped up, but we canceled this and let the installation finish and installed win updated first.

What is really strange, that it seems the system detects the devices several times, according to DXDiag:

Any ideas how to proceed?

Remove synapse, then use this tool to delete all Razer’s drivers: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj

Then restart your PC (it’s crucial), run Synapse 3 installation (as admin).

I assume, that all peripherals are connected to USB ports directly (at least 3.0 or above), and not USB HUBS? Also do you’ve installed all required drivers for motherboard (especially chipset drivers)?

Yeah, all devices are connected directly without any hub. We tried severals, currently they are in USB2 ports. Are 3 ports mandatory?

And all drivers are installed properly.

USB 3.0 not mandatory, but I always recommend to do it, to avoid any problems with peripherals.

Just as Update.

Tried as mentioned above with no success.

Even tried to unplug both, uninstalled , removed driver, reinstalled, plugged in one a time, same result.

Also which is really strange, i see the naga trinity and Omata Chroma both under mice and keyboard

This is normal, as they can act as a keyboard (macros for example).

Same here tartarus pro not detected anymore. I’m trying roll back to old synapse version but can’t find it for download
