7.1 Surround Sound Installer Server access Unavailable

My connection has no problem, I have tried hotspot with different connection and Lan cable. When I run the Surround Sound Installer, it just shows “Server access unavailable”. I also turned off firewall and antivirus settings. If I don't get a my 7.1 activated, I am going to return this headset.
