Good afternoon, I registered my Synapse Headset as well as was informed to activate the PRO version of Razer Surround and even then I did not receive a code to activate it

even i registered my product still didn't receive any activation code for Razor Surround pro

I received my code and used it. Incredible sound on the headphones. Sounded like 6 speakers in each ear. BUT It keeps getting uninstalled. My 3rd time yesterday and I have no idea were it is. I thought it was just some windows 10 1809 issues I keep having. I came here to solve a different issue . I was just walking by and been through a lot with surround. I always went to the support (chat with a specialist) page Via IM and remote access one time. They always walk me through it with out a problem. Good luck ill use it a lot. If I can keep it were I can find it? It is connected in the software with either cortex , synapse, one of them. My trouble shooter just told me synapse is not compatible with my Dell G7 7588H; Off to find out why it said that 5 months after install?
