Activation code Razer Synapse 2.0
i own razer kraken and right after formatting my machine the razer surround pro app is no longer active on my account, requesting an activation code to use surround after installing synapse, even though i use the app normally hours before... How can I do synapse 2.0 work since I lost my activation code? Shouldn't the code be "saved" in my account since I have a razer product?

Can you attached the screenshot as well. You doesn't need code for synapse 2.0 ? :smile_:
I uninstalled and installed the application again and it is no longer asking for the code in synapse 2.0, but now there is no function to mess with my kraken in the application
Click on your email on that top right and click on that warranty status. See if your Kraken is still listed there as you registered products.
If still don't have try post this question at https://insider.razer.com/index.php?forums/support/ . You can get faster reply at there instead of here sometimes.
xCryptikyes, I put it as listed and still does not change anything, I saw that there are other people with the same problem as me :(
