Alt + M Buttons, Switch Lighting

I currently use the 5 m buttons to switch lighting. I have 15 profiles, and would like to use Ctrl, alt and shift +(m1-m5) to open other lighting profiles. Is there a way i can do this, it seems as though i should be able to, but i cant figure it out.
