I bought my headset (Razer NARI iteration unknown) years ago. Spatial worked approx. 3% of the time. Submitted feedback. Same B>S> loop on reinstalling terrible software. Without warning, headset stopped registering. I though about trying to fix, but honestly, I’m glad to have an excuse to be rid of this terrible product and company. Razer, choke on you terrible support, $hit U.I., and awful sofftware. For the record, that 3% time with the audio I wanted, that $hit was amazing...unfortunately, everything else about you is a disappointment.
