Auto-run issue with Tartarus V2

I have a big issue with this new Tartarus V2, when playing my character get stuck on an auto-run mode bug. I've checked forums and it seems this issue is related to this half cooked Synapse made by low level devs. https://www.reddit.com/r/razer/comments/i08hme/tartarus_v2_autorun_problem/ when Razer is going to fix those damn issues Synapse have or just fire those devs working on it? Edit : found this youtube video for people selling a better soft for Razer gear as the Synapse Soft is a broken mess

    We can not use the joystick in Fortnite. Can anyone help out in simple language :)
