Barracuda X Chroma headset connection to Razer Synapse

Hello I recently bought the Barracuda. It works perfectly fine and im very happy with it. Unfortunately it does not at all pop up in my Synapse App. I´ve alreay tried restarting my PC and repaired the App which was suggested by the internet. But still the problem persits. I have it connected via USB port thingy that comes with it. Unfortunately the USB-C port on my PC doesnt work anymore so I have to plug in the normal USB port adapter that comes with it and then insert the USB C dongle into that. Might that be the problem ?

Open for suggestions.

Can you perform a clean uninstall and reinstall of your Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? If it does, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the Synapse issue.
