When I connect the Black Shark Hyperspeed to the PC, the device is normally connected to the computer and Synebs, but neither the speaker nor the microphone works, and when I connect the headset, YouTube also loads indefinitely. Also, the red light blinks even though the charging is 100% complete, and when I change the USB port, it didn't work. If I connect it to my phone via Bluetooth, it works fine, so is there a way to solve the PC connection problem?
