Blacshark V2, Synapse doesnt effect any settings

Hi, i bought Blackshark v2 SE with usb sound card . When i plug it in, synapse only recognizes the sound card, not the headset itself. And when i try to change some setting on the sound card it doesnt affect anything. the mic settings, bass setting, eq settings or even thx spatial doesnt work. İ did so many things like reinstalling the driver and synapse but it still doesnt work.

Hi friend, i was looking at insider and somebody solved this problem with downloading steelseries sonar. So i did it too and now tha headset and thx worls perfectly  and the app is better than synapse.
