Since I removed the battery ( due to bloating) the laptop turns off randomly while playing games. I could not find a solution until now. Please assist

From my point of view
1: The laptop used up so much power that the battery swelled
2: the laptop is still consuming a high power that even the power supply can't handle
3: check laptop bios overclocks
4: check the temperatures

I agree with some of what AndreAzevedo said. The laptop may have an issue with its motherboard and needs hardware diagnosing. Please send me a PM, including your unit's serial number, so I can check if it is eligible for undergoing our out-of-warranty repair. Thanks for your cooperation.
