So i bought a DAV V3 HS like a 3-4 days ago, it just arrived today. the problem is i tried to connect my mouse to razer synapse V3 but it keeps loading ( it popped up ), i tried a bunch of things like restarting my computer, unpluging my mice.
ive waited around 30Min+ but it still dindt load yet and when i open it, it keeps saying detecting device. I have no idea what to do it has been like this for 1 day and more.

Try to repair your Synapse 3 software. You can also update your mouse’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds along the way.
