In Synapse 3 you can create a macro with click delay (which is editable) and also create an loop (how many times the macro should loop, if macro key will be pressed).

Synapse allows you to set the number of clicks per second. 1 second has 1000ms and I believe the maximum is 20 clicks per second. So each click will take 1000/20 = 50ms. If you want a custom duration you can use this formula to get your desired delay. Just divide 1000ms with the delay you want and set that number in Synapse.
