Yes, you definitelycan. I have a Basilisk V3 Pro and Tartarus Pro.It also works the other way. I also have a Naga V2 Pro for MMOs. I used to play a lot of LOTRO. I set the hypershift key to the default tartarus thumb button above the stick, which effectively gave me 24 buttons under my Naga thumb.
