Can not login in Synapse 3 and the RGB is basically useless -_-

when I click login it will say "There was an unexpected error. Please reload the page and try again." I tried re installing synapse 3 but still no luck on logging in :(

did you remove all remaining razer files in your system after you uninstall before reinstalling?

you might want to try these steps i gotten from support previously and see if it helps. 1. Uninstall Synapse and delete all files in C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Razer and C:\\ProgramData\\Razer directories. These folders are hidden by default, so please be sure to unhide them. 2. Uninstall Razer drivers by going to "Device Manager" from Control Panel. 3. Press Windows + X, and choose Command Prompt in the menu. 4. Type regedit in the command prompt window and press enter. 5. Please go to this path and check if you have it: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\WOW643NODE\\Razer\\ *Please delete everything that's in the Razer folder. Please reinstall Synapse after deleting all the files inside the Razer folder 6. Download a fresh installer and reinstall then restart your PC.

I have the same problem, when i go to login since the new update, it is just a blank window, and i can't do anything i have tried reinstalling, repairing, but not deleting the registry, so i will give this a try and hope it fixes it. I'll keep you updated... btw I'm using Blackwidow X Chroma, Mamba Elite Chroma and Firefly, and it does just the Spectrum Cycle which it does on Startup...

I have the absolute same problem since yesterday (the update on the synapse 3) so I'm also unable to use a lot of the features my lancehead TE comes with.

Okay, I tried uninstalling everything and just went with Search through my Registry Editor and deleted Everything Razer-Related, bc i couldnt find the Registry mentioned above by @Darksbane86, so I deleted everything except the drivers and the Installer-related entrys, and then reinstalled with the newest Installer and restarted and it works now. So the registry-solution is the key here! I had a similar case when half a year ago, so it seems Synapse 3 has some Issues with the registry sometimes, but at least it's an easy fix :D

I tried doing the same but it seems like I've done something wrong and it hasn't fixed for me .. ;/

I don't even get that error, just a "logging in" prompt which has been stuck in it for 3 days now, eversince that new update

mine allows me to type in my username and password but can not login :(

yesterday I updated my synapse because it prompted me. After the update I can not login anymore in synapse making my blackwidow v2 and Goliathus extended's RGB lighting to be useless AF :slightly_sad:

I'm having the same issue, but it has worsened. Now, I can't even get Synapse 3 to do anything at all. I click on it, nothing. Uninstall/reinstall, nothing. I have tried everything listed above, including the Windows Insider thing. Still nothing.

Unfortunately, I need to wait on a Razer-endorsed fix. I have Synapse 2 and 3 on my machine because Synapse 3 doesn't support all of my peripherals, so I can't go about deleting everything Razer hoping it will fix Synapse 3 knowing full well it will likely break Synapse 2. Razer help, please! I can't play any of my games without my macros.

I understand all of these steps and have done them myself but, what in the hell does synapse only work if you disable all PC protection antivirus, firewall, etc. ?

I have the exact same issue it just came in today and I can't log into the freaking razer app. I can log into the website but hey... want to play an FPS? Want to adjust that DPI. Nope. 100% down. I tried the above reinstall, file wipe fix and that didn't do jack s**t for me either.What's the fix? What's going on? Why is this a problem you all seem to have had in April that I'm now getting in mid May?

What a crappy piece of software so as to say ... Cannot log in :/ :/ .. I have checked my credentials and they are OK... but according to Synapse, they are not. "Sth went wrong, please reload..." bla bla bla.....

My peripherals are useless now, WTH? It makes no sense that we cant load custom profiles if Razer has issues on their side, all profiles are stored locally. It used to work great locally, no reason to have changed specially if Razer cant guarantee uninterrupted 24 X 7 X 365 availability, which they clearly cant as this is a recurring issue. I will have to replace my peripherals with products from a different company if this crap keeps happening.

GOD bless me that im still using the Synapse 2 because i did download synapse 3 and it messed all my profile ... also cannot login ... so i decided not to use it until idk when ...

Is this a bug or something? I need razer synapse because I hate the keyboard without the rainbow wave and I NEED MY MACROS PLEASE...

same issue here. this is a freshly built pc and windows 10 install. everything has worked fine for weeks, until this morning. I am now unable to login to Razer Central. my credentials are fine, as I am able to login to the website/forum. suggestions welcome. a full uninstall and reinstall would be ridiculous, so I am hoping for a more thoughtful suggestion....
