Can't get to the Synapse (1) key programming interface to show up

When I fire up Synapse 1 I just get this interface. This is the first time its happened (had to reinstall) and I don't want to use Synapse 2 or 3 since I work offline much of the time. My settings should be stored in the cloud as I made a few changes a few weeks ago while online and it did store them. Win 10 intel. I've never had an issue with my Orbweaver showing up. I can click a few things but the keys are just set to their defaults. How do I get the normal interface back? Thanks

    Try to plug orbweaver into different USB port. If it's still not detected in Synapse, try to uninstall it, then use this tool to remove all razer drivers: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj after this restart your PC and then install Synapse again (as administrator).
