Chroma isn't connecting to games

Razer is refusing to connect to any of my games.  Chroma is on and none of the games are appearing on the list to connect (i.e Terraria). I have visualizer installed as well, and I don't know what to do anymore so I come to you all with a question as to how to get this to work? If at all. Thanks in advance
