Chroma Visualizer - Philips Hue - Stopped working after the latest update

Prior to the last update, which was a very intrusive update, my razer synapse used to control my hue lights with the chroma visualizer, now it's not functioning, they're just a static color assigned by synapse. I can control them with synapse, they just don't seem to be active in chroma visualizer Help!?!?

Is this synapse 3? When was the update released?

It only starts at Synapse 3. Back to the subject. It's been a few days now. Are you okay? Otherwise, what mode did you choose? Run through the color spectrum? My Blade likes to do that as well, since I only use the Visualizer here. The only thing that helps is to deactivate the spectrum, select a different mode and then activate the Visualizer again. If that does not help, uninstall and reinstall.

@sysmatt hey this happened to me too! It’s so annoying. As I also posted a thread just now.. I’m still looking for a resolution as I use the visualiser often for my Razer peripherals and hue lights.. :(

Same problem here, I can control the lights through Hue module in Synapse3 but lights are unresponsive with games & visualizer module which use the Connect module. Note: If I remove and install Connect and Hue modules the lights work only the 1st time and then go unresponsive again.

Bumping this thread because I've also just stumbled upon this issue.

Same here ...after recent update Hue sync is not working. When is this fixed? I have used it so that screen content colours are synced to leds, but now it just flashes everything rapidly if I turn it on.
