Disconnected peripherals requires reboot?

Newbie to the forums, so please forgive me if this is a repost. I've searched online (and in the forums) and can't seem to find the right keywords to guide me to an answer. I'm running Synapse 2.21 on WIN10 Home 64bit (ver1903) in support of my Orbweaver Chroma. Everything is fine and good with my system as long as I don't disconnect my peripherals. I have my Orbweaver connected to my KVM (along with my mouse and Keyboard). If I switch between computer systems it will disconnect all of my peripherals as expected. When I reconnect my gaming system, I can NOT use any of the active or stored profiles until I completely reboot the computer. I've tried:

• Closing the Synapse application and stopping all of the Razor services.
• Restarting the services and the application.
• Physically disconnecting the Orbweaver and reconnecting.
• Launching a newly created profile from the Synapse application.
• Reverting to existing profile from the Synapse application.

Nothing will allow me to recover my profile following a disconnection. I am forced to reboot the system. Can anyone offer guidance on how I can use my stored profiles following a disconnect/ reconnect?
