Dissapeared surround pro license

Hi, Today i discovered that my surround pro license dissapeared and i can use only free functions. I tried to reuse my activation key but seems like each key can be activated only one time. Is it possible to deactivate the key so that I can use it again? Thanks in advance for help.

    I have the same issue. I recently installed windows all over again. When I tried to get Surround again it asked for my activation code, because it wasn't activated on my account. I have my original activation code but it doesn't work.

    I have solved that problem just by relogin in account. Try that, may be it will help you too
