does not detect devices after update 3.7.1103.110716 What should I do?

After updating Razer Synapse, my devices are not detected. I tried restarting the computer, it did not help, I tried reinstalling the program, it did not help, I tried to fix the program, it did not help either. How can I resolve this or rollback to a previous version of Razer Synapse?

Same for literally tried everything like windows detects it when I plug in my huntsman mini but I just can't type nor does the lights turn on I need a solution
