DPI Saves when Synapse is close?

I want to have synapse closed on my pc because it takes a toll on my already struggling-to-game laptop. I don't want any fancy lighting but i do want the DPI. I set my DPI to 1400 and am wondering where it saves even if the software isnt running.

    I have the DeathAdder Elite right now

    I also realized through the day that I would want to save the polling rate at the same time. Do both save without synapse if I have a deathadder elite?
