On 5 november 2024, I bought a razer kraken v3 pro headset within the scope of warranty exchange, but no sound settings other than haptic intensity do not work in the synapse 3 application (no change)I formatted my computer, switched from windows 10 to windows 11, still no change, the problem persists. THX spatial audio 15-day trial version, all settings work. But I can't adjust the sound via synapse 3, THX spatial audio is not active…I have reinstalled with Drivercleanup and Device Detection Troubleshooting Tool but the problem persists. THX spatial audio is not active, equaliser settings are not active, bass boost is not active, nothing is active, I can only control rgb lighting. my firmware is up to date, my synapse software is up to date, windows version is up to date, I just formatted the computer.help me pls

I jave the same issue since last update of synapse4 as well
