Error code 528040 while trying to install synapse 3


Hello everyone. I recently purchased kraken tournament edition headset and when i tried to install synapse i got error code 528040 no matter what i have tried anyone has a solution to suggest for my problem?

Hey, did you install Synapse from the Razer site directly? Note, if you have any "MICROSOFT VISUAL C++ 2017" or MS Visual CPP on your machine, try uninstalling it, reboot the computer and try installing the Synapse.

i already tried that and still doesnt work and yes i have downloaded the installer through official razer site
