tonight (11/27/20) synapse did another update. and just like the previous 5 times the synapse program is 100% removed from my computer. So after waiting for the update to process, i then have to go back and repair the entire program and even then it only actually fixes my problem about half the time. Im on my third repair process at the moment. Dont tell me to call support cause all they know how to do is walk me through the repair process than submit a ticket and neither one of those fixes my problem consistently nor do i ever hear back on the tickets. Ive spent over 400$ on razer products over the last year and have been happy with the hardware except for the joke of a product you call the 180$ nari ultimate headset. (this is a whole other can of worms). stop sending updates that cause problems. If it happens again you can bet im gonna go to a competitor and make sure nobody who knows me goes through the same issue. Im sick of it honestly. I had plans tonight and ive already wasted several hours trying to undo your screw up. STOP SENDING UPDATES EVERY 3 WEEKS THAT CAUSE VERY REAL PROBLEMS.

BTW the third repair process worked this time. And when i said Synapse in the previous post that was a mistake i meant THX Spatial. Literally took me almost 2 hours to fix this. for the FIFTH time. S T O P I T ffs, or figure out how to update something without pulling an entire software system offline
