Global Shortcuts something wrong..

When i use this function ctrl+7 its conflict to the application that im using like in notepad or outlook. Trigger in application "CTRL+S" because notepad like other application has a shortcuts like this CTRL+S reads on my texts functions first letter "S" but lately its working and no problem.
