hearing someone ELSE over my Razer Nari headphones

help! driving me crazy. Someone is playing Call of duty, non-stop talking, and it's all I can hear over my headphones. It's not coming from my house, and he can't hear me, apparently. help? how do I solve this? I've disconnected from the computer. Reconnected. Turned off and on. Any guidance be VERY gratefully received.

    Did you try downloading and installing the Razer Nari pairing utility? Also, does the issue while connecting the headset to another device or computer?
