When Synapse is running and I activate Game Mode using Fn+F10, how do I automatically have alt+tab disabled, without having to toggle the option in Synapse?

If I use "Enable In-Game" mode, I don't have the option to turn off Game Mode without going into Synapse.
I want just to use the keyboard shortcut to activate/deactivate Game Mode and have Alt+Tab disabled every time I go into Game Mode without having to open the Synapse window, while Synapse is running in the background.
