How to create a macro which press button 7 then hold down left mouse button?

So when i press the right mouse button, the macro have to press “7” once, and just hold down the left mouse button, till i release the right mouse button.

I've tried so many ways, and I think it can't be done. Logitech can do this, but Razer can't...
