I can't manually add a game in Synapse 3.0

Hi. Today I got my Tartarus V2, I installed Synapse 2, it scanned the games, it got the ones I have on Steam, but some of them aren't there. When I try to manually add one, hit explore, then click on the .exe, nothing happens, the screen closes and no game gets added.
