I just bought the Blackshark v2 X USB, however the razer synapse cant not detect it.

I just bought my blackshark v2 X USB today, however, my razer synapse can not detect it to let me edit the settings. I have tried every solution I could find in the internet. I had checked the updates, firmware. They are all up to date, even restart my pc before and after it. It is still not fixed
